2,So we will start to transport your order from Hong Kong. Once the battery arrives in Europe or US, we will declare for import at the European or US customs. When the battery passes through the European or US customs, we will send it to you by UPS or FedEx. so the ups number we provide will not be updated before the battery passes the customs. This is normal.
3,It will takes 30-45 working days for delivery .Generally, after 35-45 working days, the package will arrive at the transfer station. After the customs clearance is completed, the package will be picked up and delivered, and the logistics information will be updated.

Q:What is the life expectancy of a Lithium battery?
A: The typical estimated life of the Lithium Iron Phosphate LiFePO4 battery is 5-15 years, or 2000 to 8000 charge cycles. One charge cycle is a period of use from fully charged, to fully discharged, and fully recharged again.
Q:If I want to solar charge LiFePO4/Lithium Ion battery, which already has PCB, would a normal controller work fine?
A: For LiFePO4 / Lithium Ion battery, we always recommend to use LiFePO4/Lithium Ion solar controller. Especially if you are using the battery as UPS back up power supply. The Lead Acid solar controller will constantly provide pulse current to the battery, in the long run, it might damage the PCB. So the PCB won't be able to protect the battery when it should be..
Q:I am a distributor. Can I cooperate with battery warehouse for a long time?

Q:Why I can't buy cells from your store?
A: This is usually unable to provide accurate logistics prices for your country. If you have any demand, please feel free to contact us
Q:Why hasn't my ups or Fedex transportation number been updated?
A: This is normal, because in countries with tariffs, our packages need to pass the customs of your country before they can be delivered to the local UPS or FedEx. Once they pass the customs and update the transportation number, you can usually receive the goods within 3-5 days.
Q:Is the cells I bought balanced?
A: we know the importance of maintaining the consistency of each cell in the battery pack, so we will match and balance all cells to ensure that the internal resistance, voltage and capacity of cells are completely matched and balanced before delivery. This process is very necessary.
WARRANTY
WARRANTY: We provide a guarantee for manufacturing faults/defects of 12 months.This warranty does not cover negligence or misuse of the battery.
This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidental submerging of the battery in any body of water lake, stream, pond, or the ocean, leaving the battery exposed in the rain, overcurrent situations during either charging or discharging of the battery, abuse, neglect, improper use, unauthorized modification or tampering, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, disposal in a fire, freezing, theft, accidental damage, or other forms of physical damage.
All products are checked for quality before being shipped out. If you purchased any items which appear to have a problem, please contact us. In most cases we are able to sort out the problem by providing technical support, without your sending anything back.
We also warrant all other complimentary products inverters, converters, chargers etc we sell are free from defect for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that time it is the responsibility of our manufacturing partners and a standard manufacturer's warranty applies 1 year from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

Don't immerse the battery in water and seawater. Please put it in cool and dry environment if no using.
Don't use and leave the cell near a heat source such as fire or heater.
Do not use or leave the cell under the blazing sun or in heated car by sunshine.

Don't reverse the positive and negative terminals.
Do not disassemble or modify the cell. Do not use the cell with conspicuous damage or deformation..
Don't connect the cell to an electrical outlet directly. Don't discard the cell in fire or heater.
Do not short circuit, over-charge or over-discharge the cell. Don't transport and store the cell together with metal objects such as necklaces, hairpins. Do not use lithium ion battery and others different lithium battery model in mixture. Keep the battery away from babies. Don't strike, throw or trample the cell. Prohibition of use of damaged cells. Battery pack designing and packing Prohibition injury batteries. The battery replacement shall be done only by either cells supplier or device supplier and never be done by the user.
Be aware discharged batteries may cause fire; tape the terminals
Do not use it in a location where is electrostatic and magnetic greatly, otherwise, the safety devices may be damaged, causing hidden trouble of safety.
Emergency Treatment
1.If the leakage of electrolyte happens, and the electrolyte enters into eyes, rinsing them out with clear water and
get a treatment in the hospital immediately instead of rubbing eyes, or the eyes may get hurt;
2.During the usage and storage process, if any peculiar smell, heat, color changing and deformation or any other
abnormal occur to the battery, please cut off the power immediately. If the cell surface has got high temperature, please remove it from the device or charger after it gets cool;
3.Explosion will not occur under extreme conditions, but the battery may smoke, for this situation the cell should
be isolated from air by any measures except using water, such as covering with sand, or using carbon dioxide fire
extinguisher, dry powder fire extinguisher. The cell should be treated after smoke dispersing.
