Technology & product features
1. Six independent three-claw pieces, six independent springs and 18 occlusal contact points are used to distribute the force during trampling.
2. 75T driving ring, 3×2 working mode, to achieve a very short trampling response while ensuring that the driving resistance of the flower drum is smaller.
3. The drum shell of front and rear drums is equipped with NSK and NTN high-quality sealed bearings imported from Japan respectively. The base of 10T tower base is composed of two sealed bearings and one needle roller bearing. The SS single-speed card tower base is composed of two sealed bearings and an aluminium alloy DU bushing.
4. The dustproof side cover of rear flower drum adopts 7075 aluminium alloy press-in type specification, so that it can be disassembled, cleaned and maintained without tools.
5. Wider flange spacing design can better distribute the force, improve the overall rigidity of the wheelset, and make the adjustment and maintenance easier and easier.
6. The locking mechanism of the rear flower drum is still the most classical and efficient BOLT-ON structure, which is fixed by bolts on both sides, once and for a long time without loosening.
