Special Synthetic Rubber
The seal raw material is a combination of special synthetic rubber and high structure reinforcing agent with low surface area. It is added with nano molybdenum disulfide MoS stripped by liquid phase method. It has a special layered structure, which makes the friction coefficient lower. After two-stage vulcanization at 150 ° C, the wiper has excellent anti-wear sliding performance and oil film maintenance ability.
The wiper is finely carved with S136 steel, heated to 780 ° C, and then cooled at 10 ° C per hour for stress relief, so as to make the rubber coating density on the surface of oil seal products more uniform and the stressed structure more stable.
Dynamic lip shape
According to the mechanical model of reciprocating motion and dynamic load, the dynamic lip shape design divides the oil sealing and dust scraping into four functional lips. The main and auxiliary lips can realize complementary sealing under a wide range of twisting angles. In response to multi angle impact and vibration, the oil gas separation is accelerated by optimizing the lip angle, and the resistance is minimized to optimize the damping setting.
